Documenting wedding days is one of the greatest joys of my life, and the most meaningful parts of my process actually happens before I even pick up my camera — making sure that you're able to be present and take in every single moment.
I'll guide you through your wedding experience, ensuring you feel relaxed and supported. It's important to me that I give you space to feel and simply be with each other — whether that looks like stepping back when I notice that you need that, or, running over to catch some pretty light for portraits.

how do your travel fees work for destination weddings?
Though I'm based in Dallas, Texas, my heart is split across a few very specific corners of the country—from my engagement in Colorado and my honeymoon memories in Bend, to visiting family in Des Moines and exploring Hill Country down in Austin. Because these four regions are so deeply special to me, I choose to waive all travel fees for my full-day collections there.

do you work with a second photographer?
I shoot entirely solo most of the time, and it is a deeply intentional choice for my art. By keeping my presence intimate and distraction-free, I am able to remain completely emotionally available to you, your guests, and those softer moments.

Absolutely! Every celebration has its own unique rhythm. If you love my approach but your budget doesn't quite line up with the standard collections, please still reach out. We can easily customize a collection on our initial discovery call to create something just for you.

why is film photography included in every collection?
Film captures a feeling that digital precision simply cannot replicate. I'm always inspired by the soft texture and organic grain of my grandparents' old wedding albums -- film forces me to slow down, watch the light, and shoot with intention. It transforms your wedding gallery from a collection of files into a timeless family heirloom.

how does the wedding album design process work?
If your collection includes an Heirloom Wedding Album—or if you decide to add one on after your wedding day—you don't have to worry about a thing. Once your final gallery is complete, I will personally curate a stunning initial layout that tells the story of your day. From there, we will collaborate on your final image selections before it goes to my fine-art lab for printing.
