In October 2024, I married my best friend, Jake, and experiencing those wedding emotions firsthand has given me a fresh perspective on what this work truly means. Outside of weddings, Jake, our husky/cattle dog mix Clover June, and I enjoy camping in national parks. When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me baking sourdough, curling up with a good book, or hosting intimate gatherings — these simple, quiet moments are a constant reminder of why I do what I do.
Having lost my dad when I was just four, I found myself living in photographs — holding on to those moments that captured his presence. Now, I’ve fallen in love with creating those same photographs for others on their wedding day. I understand the significance of every moment, especially the ones that might seem fleeting at the time — like a last photo with a parent. I approach my work with deep empathy, knowing how much these images will mean, not just today, but in the many years ahead.
If you’re looking for someone who will treat your story with care and attention, I’d be honored to be a part of your day. Together, we’ll create something timeless — a collection of heirlooms that will be cherished for years to come.
Hannah made us feel completely at ease in both instances. Hannah incorporated everything we love into our photos - adding 35mm and polaroids to our special day was so incredibly worth the unique and beautiful memories. Additionally, we felt listened to - she took the time to thoroughly answer our questions and help us with a little timeline brainstorming. In every way, Hannah did amazing work - she was responsive to all outreach, and never left us wondering what to expect. My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants lovely photos, as well as a great personable experience with their wedding photographer."
