The heart behind

Photography has always been at the heart of how I see and preserve the world. To me, photos are *objects* — tangible things you can hold, pass down, and revisit over and over. They live in frames, albums, and boxes tucked away for decades, waiting to be rediscovered. A single image can freeze a moment, a feeling, allowing you to *dwell* in it.

After five years of documenting weddings as a Dallas Texas photographer, I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to preserve these meaningful moments for such wonderful people

In October 2024, I married my best friend, Jake, and experiencing those wedding emotions firsthand has given me a fresh perspective on what this work truly means. Outside of weddings, Jake, our two dogs — Clover June and our newest addition, Pinto — and I live for the mountains and the open road. We got engaged in Durango, Colorado, and spent our honeymoon on an Oregon road trip falling completely in love with Bend, and are always reminiscing about our camping trip to Big Bend National Park. These simple, quiet moments are a constant reminder of why I do what I do.

Having lost my dad when I was just four, I found myself living in photographs — holding on to those moments that captured his presence. Now, as a Dallas, Texas wedding photographer, I’ve fallen in love with creating those same photographs for others on their wedding day. I understand the significance of every moment, especially the ones that might seem fleeting at the time — like a last photo with a parent. I approach my work with deep empathy, knowing how much these images will mean, not just today, but in the many years ahead.

If you’re looking for someone who will treat your story with care and attention, I’d be honored to be a part of your day. Together, we’ll create something timeless — a collection of heirlooms that will be cherished for years to come.

These simple, quiet moments are a constant reminder of why I do what I do.

the simple things...

I can’t resist a good old-fashioned Polaroid—there’s something magical about instant prints.

Jake got me an espresso machine and I’m trying to perfect my latte art (it’s harder than it looks… pls help)

My favorite thing in the world is having people over, filling our home with good conversation, and making them good coffee!

“We could not have asked for a better photographer for both our engagement photos and our wedding day!

Hannah made us feel completely at ease in both instances. Hannah incorporated everything we love into our photos - adding 35mm and polaroids to our special day was so incredibly worth the unique and beautiful memories. Additionally, we felt listened to - she took the time to thoroughly answer our questions and help us with a little timeline brainstorming. In every way, Hannah did amazing work - she was responsive to all outreach, and never left us wondering what to expect. My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants lovely photos, as well as a great personable experience with their wedding photographer."
